 Your Pergola can be mounted to 4-inch or more depth concrete slabs, and 12-inch wide concrete piers. Stone pavers without concrete beneath may be acceptable depending on site location and set up, please call to confirm.

No, this can cause damage to your louvers as water expands once frozen. 

• You will need one electrical outlet for one wire to plug into. If you are adding lights to your pergola, you will need two wires to be plugged into the outlet.
• Electrical wire is run through one of the posts and then to your outlet. Your electrical post MUST be separate from your water out spout post.

Yes, you can customize for an additional cost.

The lights, light power supply, and motor are waterproof. The motor power supply gets put into a waterproof box that can be mounted.

We supply up to 15’ of low voltage landscape wire which you or your contractor can hide underground. 

Water drains from the gutter to a post of your choosing. This can be towards your yard and away from the pergola, or anywhere with the best yard drainage. Remember, the out spout post MUST be separate from your electrical post.
